An elegant, Art Deco era solitaire, modeled in platinum, whose primary gem is a very sparkly, white-facing, 3/4 carat old European cut diamond. This wonderful hand-cut diamond is seated in a low-profile, milgrained, hexagonal bezel, where it is held in place by sixbeaded prongs. It is flanked by the long pairs of leaves thatcomprise the ring's cathedral shoulders— each of these four, slender leaves is set with a small old mine cut diamond, and each is finished with milgrained edges. An engraved orange blossom sits at the base of the leaves. The ring's gallery is pierced with geometric floral decor that recalls both the paired leaves and the orange blossoms. Its reeded shank tapers toward the base. We love the delicate, airy nature of this ring, and the way the diamond seems to "float" on the hand, thanks to its slim-line bezel!
